Mérite une bien meilleure réputation

Les critiques et les commentaires d'internautes un peu partout laissaient présager du pire... et pourtant, en ce qui me concerne, ce dernier opus de la trilogie (le 4ème film, pour la TV, ne fait vraiment pas partie de ce tout) est de loin supérieur au second volet et de qualité semblable au grand classique de 1976.
Sam Neill, alors inconnu, est excellent dans un rôle difficile qui requiert beaucoup de non-dit et de suggéré.
De plus, j'ai adoré l'esthétisme et la maîtrise visuelle, une qualité qui fait tout le charme des classiques du genre, avant cette lamentable vogue des films gores où la subtilité du style s'efface devant une avalanche grandguignolesque.
Hautement conseillé au amateurs de fantastique classique, donc... et le conseil vient d'une athée ! ;-)
